ChainCatcher 消息，ANT.FUN 宣布于 10 月 28 日完成对中心化钱包及支付产品 WhalePay 的收购。 WhalePay 此前由知名团队创立，曾获得包括前 MEXC 高管在内的数百万美元投资，其业务涵盖中心化钱包、支付及发卡服务。据称，WhalePay 曾成功发行数十万张 U 卡，并拥有上亿美元的 LTV。 ANT.FUN 表示，在全资并购 WhalePay 后，双方将整合技术团队，对现有产品进行重构，以优化钱包的易用性和稳定性。未来的产品迭代将主要围绕理财、支付和资管功能展开，并计划支持 x402 相关协议。 ANT.FUN 方面指出，此次收购旨在增强公司在资管和理财方面的能力，同时获得 WhalePay 原股东的流量和业务资源。
